Bardfield Vineyard

Bardfield Vineyard at Great Lodge was planted in 1989. The original variety of grapes is Bacchus which produces fruity aromatic wines, wining prizes at both local and national levels. In 2015 the vineyard was expanded with a planting of Pinot Noir; with Pinot Meunier and Seyval Blanc the following year.

Tours and wine tasting can be followed by a ploughman’s lunch or afternoon tea in our 16th century Grade I listed Barn and a wander around our gardens and estate. The barn is also available to hire for weddings and other events.
